He was born in Paauilo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Elizabeth F.; sons Wayne "Sol'e" Hidaro and William "Billy" Jr. and Virgil Agustin; daughter Cheryl; brothers Abraham and Adam; sisters Mabel Pai, Florence Gacayan, Loretta Carpio, Berlinda Toson, Filomina Gacula and Estrella Nacnac; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
