During the summer, 17 international ceramic artists gathered at the University of Hawaii-Manoa for the "East-West Ceramics Collaboration III," an event intended to cultivate exchanges both technical and cultural.

Works produced during the collaboration are now on view at the UH Art Gallery. They include not only the art of the participating ceramists, but also a tile installation from a collaborative workshop with prominent members of the local ceramics community.

The exhibition runs through Friday. Gallery hours are: noon to 4 p.m. today and 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 956-6888.
