Patricia Maxwell, author of "Going for the Gold" and other books, will speak at Castle Medical Center's free MindBodySpirit forum at 7 p.m. Sept. 30 in the Wellness Auditorium.

A wife, mother, grandmother, pastor and teacher, Maxwell will discuss highlights from her new book, including how to think and act like a winner and Christian principles of success.

Castle's new Ohana Christian Spiritual Wellness Program also will be discussed after a book-signing session with Maxwell.
