The North Shore Outdoor Circle presents the 23rd annual Waimea Arboretum & Botanical Garden Plant Sale from 10:30 to 2 p.m. tomorrow at 59-864 Kamehameha Highway. Visitors can also tour the arboretum's award-winning botanical garden that hosts a number of rare Native Hawaiian plants.
Proceeds will benefit the Waimea Arboretum.
