Nathan Roy Fernandez, 47, of Honolulu, a tour dispatcher, died last Monday in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. Lillian Sachiko Fujiwara, 72, of Honolulu, a retired seamstress for Carol and Mary's, died Thursday. She was born in Honolulu. Leonard G. Higgins, 51, of Honolulu, a reserve police officer for the Honolulu Police Department and a Cutter Co. parts man, died Tuesday at home. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Clo-Ann; sons Timothy, Kalani, Jordon and Ryan; daughters Kimberly Coleman, Crystal Higgins and Cristy-Ann Yogi; mother Dorothy; brothers Timmy, Joe and Robert; sisters Carol Kaaloa and Janet Freitas; and 17 grandchildren. Tseng-Yee Li, 87, of Honolulu, a retired diplomat, died Thursday in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in China. Susan Yoshie Oi Moody, 57, of Waa Waa, Hawaii, and Sag Harbor, N.Y., a station manager in London for Western Airlines and a general manager of American Hotel in Sag Harbor, died Aug. 20 at home in Sag Harbor. Eusebio Asuncion Pitpit, 91, of Waipahu, a retired Midpac Lumber Co. truck driver, died Thursday at home. He was born in the Philippines.
