UH wide receiver Justin Colbert hauled in a pass and ran for a touchdown last night at Aloha Stadium. Behind was Eastern Illinois' Roosevelt Williams. The Warriors pounded the Eastern Illinois Panthers 61-36, and a crowd of 38,019 was on hand to see the offensive fireworks. Police reported no major traffic problems before the game. The Moanikeala Keiki Hula Competition was held yesterday at the Polynesian Cultural Center's Pacific Theater. Gaylene Fukada from the winning halau, Halau Hula O Hokulani, performed a solo. The keiki hula competition is a featured event of the center's annual Na Ka Mahina Festival, which celebrates the culture and traditions of Hawaii.
