Straub Foundation is accepting nominations for the 2002 Guy Champion and John C. Milnor Professional Activities Award.

Oct. 15 is the deadline for nominations of a Hawaii health professional who has achieved an outstanding record of voluntary professional activities between July 2001 and June this year.

The award was established as the Guy Champion Milnor Award by Dr. John Milnor in honor of his father. The award was renamed after his death in honor of both doctors, who had distinguished medical careers at Straub Clinic & Hospital.
