Asako Terada Cooke, 86, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, a retired Keaukaha Elementary School cafeteria manager, died Sunday in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Ninole, Hawaii. David K.S. Eum, 72, of Lompoc, Calif., a U.S. Air Force major, died June 13. He was born in Waipahu.
