Edward Earl Bodine Jr., 58, of Waianae, a former Pan American Airlines passenger service agent, died Aug. 17 in St. Francis-West Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Magdalene; son Christopher Ayala; daughters Rebecca Bodine, Susan Aki and Penny Jane Donner; sisters Lei Hernandez, Jean Bodine-Woody, Mary Woody and Clare Pagan; and 12 grandchildren. Tino Puno Camanga, 92, of Jacksonville, Fla., and formerly of Honolulu, died Aug. 12 in Florida. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Tama I., sons Carl I. and Ken I., and daughter Lisa T. Services held in Florida.

Arthur Francis Crockett, 44, of Kula and Honolulu, a student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, died Aug. 10. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by parents William and Kathryn, and sister Claire F. Crockett-Shaw.
