Former Punahou standout Brandon Brooks was the most valuable player of the tournament, giving up just 2.8 goals per game in the tourney. Although Hawaii was able to beat him five times in the final, it couldn't contain Brooks' teammates on offense.
Hawaii tied the Bruins 3-3 earlier in the tournament.
Meagan Fawcett won the Leslie Kerfoot Award as the best female Hawaiian player for leading the Hawaiian Islands to the women's title with a 6-2 win over Davis. Like Brooks, Fawcett is a goalkeeper from Punahou who will play at UCLA.

In the lower divisions, Newport won the under-18 boys title while Commerce took the under-18 girls crown.
Sean McCreery led Diablo to the under-16 boys championship and Kamaile Crowell stood out in the Hawaiian Islands' run to gold in the under-16 girls division. Commerce swept both under-14 categories.
