Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Hot Artichoke Appetizer
1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crackers or baguette slicesDrain and rinse artichokes; chop coarsely. Combine with mayonnaise and cheeses; mix well. Place in a casserole dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or baguettes. Makes about 3 cups.
