The Hawaii Supreme Court Disciplinary Board has publicly reprimanded a 51-year-old Honolulu attorney for failing to act with reasonable diligence in representing two clients.

Steve H. Cedillos failed to appear twice as scheduled in District Court on behalf of one client to contest a speeding citation, resulting in a default for his client.
