Cocoa, coconut meet mochi

Chocolate Mochi Cake

9 cups mochiko flour
9 cups sugar
2 tablespoons baking soda
10 tablespoons chocolate powder
2 12-ounce cans coconut milk
2 cups evaporated milk
10 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 sticks butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 4 bread pans, about 4 inches deep, with cooking oil or grease with butter.

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and chocolate powder. Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla and butter. Mix until batter is smooth, then pour into pans.

Bake 90 minutes, or until center is cooked.
