Mark Sales, right, was one of 23 civilians and 6 firefighters who received certificates of commendation this morning from the Honolulu Fire Department at the Charles H. Thurston Training Center. Sales saved his uncle, Pascual Oasey, and his aunt from a house fire at 1511 Adelaide St. on March 3.
