The Change of Command Ceremony to install a new commander of Tripler Army Medical Center was held yesterday at the ball field at Tripler. From left, Maj. Gen. Nancy Adams, Lt. Gen. James Peake and Brig. Gen. Joseph Webb Jr. saluted. Webb replaced Adams, who served for 34 years and was the highest-ranking female in the Army. She became commander of Tripler in 1998.
