Lee Michael Blevins, 58, of Volcano, Hawaii, died April 11 in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Illinois. Charles Kaohu Carson Sr., 58, of Kaneohe, a fisherman, died May 5 in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Waikane, Oahu. Horace Nuwell "Bozo" Kamakeeaina, 46, of Hauula, Hawaii, died May 10 in Wahiawa General Hospital. He was born in Honolulu.
