Raymond Ridela, Carmichael Doan and Armond Jackson also are charged with conspiring to commit the robberies.
If convicted, the three will face stiffer sentences than if charged in state court.
The men were charged under a federal statute governing interstate commerce.
Ridela is charged with five counts of violating the statute, Doan three counts, and Jackson two counts, each carrying a 20-year maximum penalty with no parole.
On March 24, Doan called Pizza Hut and ordered two pizzas to be delivered to a Pensacola Street apartment, according to the indictment. After the driver unsuccessfully tried to deliver the pizzas, Doan and Ridela allegedly met the driver and told him they ordered the pizzas, and Ridela allegedly demanded all the money.
In another incident, Ridela allegedly used a knife and demanded a Papa John's driver give him his wallet.
The men also allegedly robbed Magoo's Pizza and Domino's Pizza deliverers.
