Wilfred "Willy" Lawrence Chong, 63, of Pearl City, a retired plumber, died Wednesday. He was born in Aiea. Richard "Bossman" Keohokalole, 63, of Apple Valley, Minn., died Wednesday at home. He was born in Honolulu. The Rev. Zenkai Kokuzo, 93, of Toyotomi-Cho, Hokkaido, Japan, former Hilo Taishoji Soto Mission resident minister, principal of Olaa Japanese School and teacher at Hilo Independent School, died March 23 in Toyotomi Hospital. He was born in Japan. He is survived by wife Yoshino, sons the Rev. Roy "Ryosho" and the Rev. Bonifacio "Pacio" Rama Rayno, 87, of Waianae died April 24. He was born in Escalante, Negros Occidental, the Philippines.
