Cook onions and garlic in butter until onions are clear. Add steak, salt and pepper. Brown steak. Add mushrooms and cook well. Add soup and bring to a boil. Add water thin soup, then sour cream. Stir well and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.Tri-Tip Stroganoff
1/2 small onion, dicedGarlic, to taste
1/4 cup butter
1 pound tri-tip steak, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
7 fresh mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 package large egg noodles, cooked
Combine soy sauce and brown sugar in a pot and cook until sugar dissolves. Add ginger, chicken and soup. Cook 45 minutes to an hour over low to medium heat.Creamy Shoyu 'For You' Chicken
