Forgea, a pooch
with a prophetic name

Since Forgea appeared on the news scene, I've wanted to know her real name. It should be apparent in Asia-enriched Hawaii that "Forgea" is not a correct Chinese spelling. The key to the correct name came when I learned it means "happiness, prosperity, good fortune." I looked up those words in English-Chinese dictionaries and found a word with a similar pronunciation written "fuqi" or "fuchi." The meaning is right on target: "good fortune." We're dealing with a Fuchi Poochy.
