Brandy Mulligan attempted to clear 13 feet yesterday in the Weight for Height event at the 21st Annual Hawaiian Scottish Festival at Kapiolani Park. She had just cleared 12 feet, six inches for a state record. The game involves single-handedly tossing a 28-pound weight over a raised bar.
