Nishi leads Owls with 17

Shannon Nishi scored 14 of her 17 points in the first half to help Mid-Pacific beat St. Francis 46-31.

Stephani Toshi hit four 3-pointers and scored 14 points for the Owls after putting 17 points up on Iolani the night before. The duo scored 31 of Mid-Pacific's 46 points and have put in 59 of the team's 80 points in its first two games.

Kamehameha 39, Iolani 26: The Warriors ran out to a 13-point lead after the first quarter and the Raiders could not recover.

Megan Ching led Kamehameha with 13 points after being held to four by St. Francis on Friday. Ginger Gravelle led Iolani, who played the Warriors even at 21-21 after the first quarter, with six points.
