Star-Bulletin StaffThe Tea Room has been operating since 1922, and still offers light breakfast and lunch from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, and high tea at 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays to Sundays, at $18.25 per person. Wear your new clothes.
