Elpidio Rafael Arbolado, 78, of Honolulu, died Feb. 22 in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by sons Oscar and Ruben, daughters Loreta and Theodora "Dory," numerous brothers and sisters, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. James Fook Tan Chun, 80, of Honolulu, a retired federal chief maintenance employee, died Feb. 27 in St. Francis Medical Center-Liliha. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Jarvis; brother Lawrence F.; and sisters Marion C. Chuck, Cynthia C. Ching and Jean C. Lee. Services: 10:30 a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. James Kong Chun, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Internal Revenue Service employee, died Feb. 27 at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Charlotte; son Gordon; daughter Carolyn Acoba; brothers Edwin, Theodore, Wallace and Walter; and five grandchildren. Services held.

Arthur Aguada Cortez, 44, of Honolulu, a Lanakila Rehabilitation Center employee, died March 3 in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in the Philippines.
