Robert Anthony Alameda, 61, of Waimanalo, a heavy-duty equipment mechanic at HC&D and Richard Lee Trucking, died Feb. 19. He is survived by wife Josephine "Jo Lopez," daughters Tracy Murray and Bernie Alameda, and four grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at St. George Church, Waimanalo. Kam Wai Chan, 79, of Honolulu, died Thursday in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Mee Wan; son Paul L.P.; daughters Leslie L.M. Haruko "Jackie" Chikazawa, 72, of Kaneohe, died Feb. 23 in Kaiser Foundation Hospital. She was born in Puna, Hawaii. Jose Quizon Endrina Sr., 71, a bus driver for 25 years for MTL/OTS, died Tuesday in Kaiser Foundation Hospital. He was born in Honolulu.
