Richard Clayton Chillingworth, 82, formerly of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired credit consultant, died Monday in the Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Hazel; daughters Denise K., Barbara Volhein, Kapua Gouveia and Enzel Leimamo Bowler; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services held. Donations can be made to the Boys Scouts of America in his memory.

Irene May Dempsey, 73, of Wailea, Maui, a homemaker, died Monday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Artesia, Calif. She is survived by husband Joseph; daughter Cindy Irwin; step-sons Daryl, Jay and Jack; brothers Ted, Stanley and Tom Hettinga and five grandchildren. Wake: 1 p.m. March 3 at Ballard Family Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. March 4 at Valley Isle Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maui Humane Society.

Jayson Eldredge, infant, of Kihei, Maui, died Wednesday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He is survived by father Kai Eldredge; mother Allison Souza; grandparents Christine and Mark Souza, and Sharene Eldredge; great-grandparents Ingrid and Eric Svenson, Julia Eldredge, Raymond and Florence Souza and Peggy Kaina. Lenora Mae Madding Gaddis, 79, of Paia, Maui, a retired legal secretary, died Feb. 10 in Queen's Medical Center. She was born in North Dakota. She is survived by son Albert, daughter Nancy Johnson, brother Don Patton, sister Jane Marco, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Leslie "Bill" Haley, 64, of Kapolei, a retired US Army Command Sergeant Major, died Wednesday. He was born in Piggott, Arkansas. He is survived by wife Faamele; daughters Lindsey, Cynthia Haley-Newman, Pamela Pacheco, Jennie Jones and Patricia and Melinda Akiona; sons Wiliam III, Brian, Francis, Bill, and Aaron Aikona; sister Louise Caldwell; 38 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary mauka chapel. Call after 9:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.

Utako Kaya, 96, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a homemaker, died Feb. 9 in the Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Japan. She is survived by sons Hisao and George; daughters Sumie Kaahanui, Itsuko Osakada and Takako Weinberg; three bothers; a sister and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Robert Edward Labrens, 79, of Kihei, retired from the Maui office of the Internal Revenue Service and Bell Telephone in Pennsylvania, died Friday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. He is survived by wife Betty, son James, daughter Susan, sister Ruth Hazel and four grandchildren. Services: 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Kahului. Henry Ludwig Menzsa, 58, of Fern Acres, Mountain View, Hawaii, died Wednesday in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. Mamoru "Mamo" Morita, 81, of Honolulu, a retired US Army Sergeant First Class and Kaiser Permanente medical records clerk, died Feb. 16 in his home. He was born in Kaumana, Hawaii. He is survived by son Tad; daughters Marylyn Kaahanui and Ann Morita-Yamaato; brother Yuzuru; sisters June Ohara, Ann Kuwatani, and Margaret Ono and five grandchildren. Private services held.

Buddy Kaohu Panoke, 46, of Waimea, Hawaii, an entertainer, composer and owner of Destiny Production Company, died Tuesday in the North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Camille; sons Aaron L., Shane R. Tanioka, and Scotty K. Collins; daughters Ashley M., and Summer K. Collins; mother Ramona K.; brothers Herbert R. and Harlon S., Paul P. and John P. Dean; hanai brother Keone Soares and two grandchildren. Ford Lee Ah Sang Pononui Yockman, 44, of Waimanalo, died Feb. 16 in Honolulu.
