Freshman Shannion Tabion scattered nine hits for her first victory and Sheri Oronoz also tossed a complete game as Hawaii won twice on the first day of the San Diego State Aztec Invitational yesterday. UH wins twice at San Diego

UH beat host San Diego State 4-3 and Missouri 3-1.
In the first inning against the Aztecs, freshman Tracie Uchima knocked in Natalie Gonzales, who opened the game with a triple.
The Wahine (3-3) scored a pair of unearned runs in the second and April Crowell plated Kate Judd with a single in the fourth.
Oronoz (2-1) gave up three runs on six hits, walking two and striking out two.
Stacie Hirano -- who was 5-for-6 in the two games --knocked in a run against the Tigers, and Judd and Stacey Porter also had RBIs to support Tabion (1-1).
The freshman righthander from Baldwin High School struck out five and walked two.
The game against Missouri was the first this season for Hawaii that wasn't decided by one run.
