The Menehunes outscored the Knights 3-0 on penalty kicks to overcome two goals by Nolan Miranda.
Both schools have qualified for next week's state soccer tournament on Maui, as did Campbell, with a 1-0 win over Kailua in the fifth-place game.
In girls play at Castle field, Aiea beat Pearl City 1-0 with a 4-3 advantage on penalty kicks for third place in the OIA.
Kailua beat Roosevelt 3-0 in the fifth-place game to land the OIA's final spot in the girls state tournament.
