Jocelyn Villegas, left, and driver Todd Masada got candies yesterday from Kalisha Bolfa, right, for wearing their seat belts. Bolfa and other Leilehua High School students were passing out treats to those wearing seat belts as students left campus at the end of the day. The project was part of Student Activities Coordinator Natalie Borrello's Advanced Leadership group at Leilehua.
