Fabolous is Fabulous

Brooklyn rapper Fabolous, whose single "Can't Deny It," featuring Nate Dogg and Lil' Mo, was one of last year's hot singles, makes his Hawaii debut Sunday.

In addition to releasing "Ghetto Fabolous," the 21-year-old has been heard in guest appearances on albums by Jimmy Cozier, Macy Gray and Mariah Carey, rapping on the latter's remake of the landmark "Last Night A DJ Saved My Life."

The second single off of Fabolous's album, "Young'n (Holla Back)," produced by the Neptunes, is currently getting mad radio and video play.

It's a Pipeline party!

DJ Galmiche will open and close Sunday's Hapuna Surf Party at Pipeline Cafe. In between will be performances by Go Jimmy Go, Thick Tubes, Midnight Cat Walk, Ten Feet and Natural Vibes. There will be a cover charge, though they have yet to set the price.
