Brynn Yoshinaga was carried by her grandpa, Miles Nishimura, yesterday at the New Year Festival at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii in Moiliili. The festival included activities like martial arts demonstrations, cultural lectures and a "nakamise," or marketplace.
