Mary Wallice Kahalelehuaokamanuakalani Apo, 63, of Ewa Beach, died Dec. 26. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by husband Thomas; sons Thomas Jr., Wendell "Inky" and William; daughter Chris Ann Apo-Kiriu; brothers Alexander "Lin" and Melvin Kunukau; hanai sister Blossom Malama; hanai brother Rowan Lee; and four grandchildren. Charles "Charlie" Yukichi Arakaki, 79, of Kihei, Maui, a manager for Parkview Square, died Friday at home. He was also a retired employee for Ige Construction Co., a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II and a past state commander of Disabled American Veterans. He was born in Keahua. He is survived by son Karl; daughter Arlette Kiriyama; brothers Isamu, George and Stanley; sisters Leonora Oshiro and Caroline Tamashiro; and three grandchildren. Tito Paeste Cachin, 79, of Waimanalo, a retired farmer, died Jan. 1 in Castle Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Lydia; sons Nestor, Mario, Lito, Victor and Elmer; daughters Fe Duque, Limarie Dimaano and Irene Cachin; sister Florencia; and 10 grandchildren. Joseph Clement Cravalho, 65, of Kahului, a retired chief of police for the Maui Police Department, died Monday at home. He was also a branch manager for Wackenhut of Hawaii, Kahului.
