Nash Subotic, Hawaii Pacific basketball: The guard from Yugoslavia combined for 71 points, 22 rebounds, seven assists and six steals in three wins last week.

He was named PacWest Player of the Week for his effort, the first Sea Warrior to be so honored this year.

He is second in the conference in scoring with 18.2 points per game.

Keli'i Naihe, Brigham Young-Hawaii basketball: The Texas senior led the Seasiders in scoring in their best game of the Yahoo! Tournament, torching New Mexico State for 30 points on 10-for-14 shooting.

He scored 12 points in BYUH's win over Columbia and hung with Tulsa for 13 points.
