A TENDER MOMENT WITH SANTA

SALVATION ARMY BEGINS
HOLIDAY DISTRIBUTION

KEN SAKAMOTO / KSAKAMOTO@STARBULLETIN.COM The Salvation Army began distributing gifts yesterday to hundreds of needy families who applied for assistance this year. The gifts were distributed at the Salvation Army Leeward Corps in Aiea and the Kaneohe Corps. On Saturday they will be handed out at the Kauluwela Corps on Vineyard Street, and on Sunday at the Leeward Corps in Pokai Bay. Above, Ariana Young, 7, at left, helped volunteer Alex Cummings, seated, distribute toys in Kaneohe.
