A LEGACY IN STONE

Artist Paul Konishi displayed his sculpture "Na Mo'olau
A Kukaniloko (Legacy of Kukaniloko)" at a dedication
ceremony yesterday at Helemano Elementary School
in Wahiawa. Inspired by geographic features near the
school, the sculpture was commissioned by the State
Foundation on Culture and the Arts as part of its
Art in Public Places program.
