Roger Fafard, also known as J. Roger Fafard, 76, of Honolulu, a retired supervisor for the Federal Aviation Administration, died Oct. 15 at home. He was born in Fair Haven, Mass. He is survived by sons Leighton H., Robert C. and Raymond R., and James E.K. MacLoves; daughters Jeanette Linville and Joyce Nielsen; brothers J. Donat and J. Emmanuel "John" Garcia, 34, of Waipahu, died Friday. He was born in Honolulu.
