Arthur Paul "Art" Armington Sr., 47, of Ewa Beach, died Sept. 29. He was born in Honolulu. Melva Scott Craft, 67, of Aiea, an administrator, musician and vocalist, died Wednesday. She was born in Schenectady, N.Y. Carl August "Cappy" "Handbrake" "Papa Meyer" Meyers, 90, of Nanakuli, a retired crane operator and railroad engineer, died Sept. 28. He was born in Honolulu.
