Florentino "Flo" Quitoras Alipio, 56, of Waipahu, a retired employee for Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co., died Sept. 12. He was born in the Philippines. Skyler-Akelina Kamalei Kuu Aloha E Nana Nei Maikalani Igarta-Tolentino, infant daughter of Samuel Tolentino and Keala Igarta, died Friday in Wahiawa. She was born in Wahiawa. Dennis Y. Izumi, 58, of Las Vegas, formerly of Honolulu, a plumber, died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was also a retired construction worker and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Maizie M.; sons Brian K. and Mark T.; daughter Denise D.; stepmother Chiyoko; sisters Mildred Uyeoka, Elaine Nakamura and Rumi Miyauchi; brother Richard; and five grandchildren. William Glynne "Bill" Kaleleiki III, 46, of Ewa Beach, a truck driver for Oahu Refuse, died Sept. 22 in St. Francis-West Hospice. He was born in Honolulu.
