He has more than 40 years of experience in the fields of civil and traffic engineering and public transportation, including 32 years in Hawaii. USI-Hawaii is affiliated with the national engineering firm USInfrastructure Inc.

>> Robert Donahue has joined YCMNET Advisors as an advisor representative in Hawaii. Matt Tanaka has joined the company as a consultant and advisor associate. Donahue formerly worked with Prudential Securities in Kailua-Kona. He brings 10 years of investment experience to YCMNET Advisors. Tanaka previously worked with Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. >> Neal M. Takeuchi was recently installed as first vice president of the American Escrow Association at its annual conference in Long Beach, Calif. Takeuchi is senior vice president of Island Title Corp. The American Escrow Association represents 3000 settlement practitioners throughout the country.

>> Kauai Visitors Bureau executive director Susan A. Kanoho has been named to Travel Agent magazine's 2001 list of "The Most Powerful Women in Travel." Kanoho, who was also listed in 1999, was recognized for efforts to help the travel industry as a whole. She has been with the Kauai Visitors Bureau since 1997.
