Inocencia Briones Aquino, 68, of Kihei, Maui, a retired laundry technician for the Maui Marriott Hotel, died yesterday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in the Philippines. Yoichi "Joe" Arakaki, 76, of Ewa Beach, a retired printer for the Hawaii Newspaper Agency, died Monday. He was born in Waipahu.
