Donald Allton, 87, of Wailuku, a self-employed musician, died Thursday at home under hospice care. He was born in Portland, Maine. He is survived by wife Mary E.K., son Robert, daughters Nancy Tipton and Peggy Gasbarri, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Inocenta "Ising" T. Arrogante, 78, of Honolulu, a travel agent, died July 1 in St. Francis Hospital. She was also an employee of the Philippine Consulate of Honolulu. She was born in Cebu, the Philippines. She is survived by nieces Binky Arrogante-Jenks and Maribel Arrogante-Viernes. Services: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Oahu Cemetery. Hannah Lou Bennett, 83, of Honolulu, a professor of education at the University of Hawaii, died May 29. She was also a retired supervisor for the early childhood division of Keiki Hauoli Pre-School. She was born in Skidmore, Mo. She is survived by sisters Elizabeth Hartwig and Jenny Rose Wood, brother Ellis A. and foster son Neal Milne. Scattering of ashes held.

Fermin Benedict Cruz Jr., 61, of Waipahu, who retired from the U.S. Air Force, died Tuesday. He also retired from the Board of Water Supply. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Mildred "Millie"; daughters Ferlyne Yap and Millicent and Nicole Cruz; brother Basil; sisters Pacita Rivera, Priscilla Kubota and Francisca Kavaloff; and two grandchildren.
