"Dr. Dolittle 2": Here come the summer sequels! First out of the gate is Eddie Murphy's reprised role as the man who can really talk to the animals. This time out, he's trying to save a forest AND the endangered Pacific Western bear by returning a performing bear (who has a preference for fast food) back into the wild, to find a mate and, gee, also save the forest -- all within three weeks. With the voice talents of Norm MacDonald, Lisa Kudrow and Molly Shannon. Croc hunter Steve Irwin also makes an appearance (PG).
"The Fast and the Furious": More car chases and crashes! Vin Diesel and Paul Walker star in this action-adventure flick that takes a fierce and frenzied look at rival Los Angeles street teams who use race as a means of establishing power (PG-13).
