Corrections and clarifications

>> Rudolph Guzman Sr. was pictured kneeling near a chair for his son, Marine Capt. Randolph Guzman, at the Oklahoma City National Memorial. A photo caption in Monday's late edition gave an incorrect first name for the father. Also, Randolph's brother, Rudy Guzman, lives in San Leandro, Calif., and was in Oklahoma City with his father to watch the closed-circuit broadcast of Timothy McVeigh's execution. An accompanying story gave the wrong town and said the brother was the only family member to attend.

>> Courtney Harrington is the city director of information technology. His last name was misspelled in a story in Friday's paper and in an editorial Monday.

>> Gloria Keller, honored at the recent Pacific Asia Travel Association Annual Conference, is an independent contractor affiliated with HNL Travel Associates. A Taking Notice item Sunday misidentified her as an HNL employee.

>> Applications for refunds of quarantine fees for dogs and cats entering Hawaii from July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001, are available at www.hawaiiag.org/hdoa/ai_aqs_info.htm. A wrong Web site address was printed yesterday.
