Warren "Kapa" Genichi Adachi, 85, of Wahiawa, a retired federal employee, died Saturday. He was born in Makaweli, Kauai. He is survived by wife Michiko; daughters Shirley Santoki, Myrna Wieczorek, Judy Adachi and Vivian Fujimoto; sister Shinako Yasuda; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Memorial services: 6 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary, makai chapel. No flowers. Casual attire.

Nelson Kenji Asato, 53, of Honolulu died Saturday. He is survived by wife Leslie; son Aaron; stepson Jesse Begley; daughters Rochell Algono and Rynn Asato; stepdaughters Sarah and Amanda Begley; brothers Richard, Edward, Wayne and Wendell; sisters Amy Deme, Jean Seki and Lynn Sandahl; and one granddaughter. Leinani Momi Chang, 76, of Waianae died Monday in St. Francis Medical Center-West. She is survived by husband Barnabas A.A.; sons Barnabas A., Albert K. and Thomas; daughters Betsymae H. Chang and Judyann Matsuoka; brother Joseph Ekau; sister Pali Soileau; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Memorial services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Rita Catholic Church. James "Jimmy" Correia Sr., 67, of Honolulu, retired from the U.S. Army, died Saturday. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by sons James Jr. and Patrick; daughters Heide Correia and Emma Meacham; brothers Manuel and Herbert; sisters Marvallie Trini, Dorothy Mendonza and Lorraine Quinores; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Edith Valla Dudinsky, 93, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died Monday in Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility. She was born in Kingston, Minn. Anastacio "Tash" Camaya Fabrao, 68, of Honolulu, a retired boilermaker and Shop 41 worker, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died May 24. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. Emmett Allan Harvey, 86, of Palos Verdes, Calif., a retired printing company executive, died May 20 in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in California. He is survived by son Joseph and one grandson. Private services held.

Benedict "Benny" "Dutch" Yuen Chong Hew, 82, of Honolulu, a retired accountant with the Honolulu Board of Water Supply, died May 21 in Honolulu. He was born in Kula, Maui. He is survived by wife Katherine "Kathy," daughter Valerie Hironaka, sons Gerald and Lester, and sisters Mona Ho, Ruth Fernandez and Esther Allen. Erida Leuschner Reichert Klemmer of Honolulu, an employee at Queen's Medical Center, died Monday at home. She was born in San Francisco. She is survived by sons Frederick W.R. and E. Florence Yaeko Konishi, 86, of Honolulu, a retired nursery school teacher for Muriel Preschool, died May 19 at home. She is also survived by sister Esther N. Mitobe. The Star-Bulletin printed the wrong name in an obituary published Wednesday.

Nellie Shin Lee, 74, of Gardena, Calif., died Monday. She was born in Wahiawa. She is survived by sons Lester and Alan, daughter Susan Lee-Morishige and sisters Ruth Maeda, Nora Oshiro and Daisy Kim. She is survived by husband Shigeru "Pete," also known as "Butch" or "Thunder," sons Peter O. and Glen S., daughter Donna Y., brothers Sakae and Osamu Sugimoto, and three grandchildren. Margaret Alves Rose, 88, of Honolulu died May 25 in California.
