RUNNING IN THE SPIRIT OF HOPE

Troy Barboza runners made their way up the North
Shore yesterday on their way to Haleiwa. The middle
runner was carrying the "Flame of Hope" torch.
More than 1,000 law enforcement officers were
expected to participate in the three-day event.
