Ursula Padre Cortez, 84, of Makawao, a homemaker, died May 8 in Hale Makua, Maui. She is survived by sons Domingo and Felix; daughters Eleuteria Piano, Andrea, Estrella Castillo and Terri; sisters Andrea and Rufina; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Napoleon "Nappy" Martin Durante Jr., 68, of Kailua, a retired sergeant with the Honolulu Police Department and court security officer with the U.S. Marshals Service, died last Tuesday. Robert Clayton Johnson, 80, of Kailua, owner of Chaser Liquor in Kailua, died Thursday in Kailua. Daniel Kenneth Kyles, 55, of Kapolei, a U.S. Postal Service employee for 30 years, died May 8. He was born in Honolulu.
