New jobs

>> Roy Cordeiro has been named director of sales and marketing for the Outrigger Wailea Resort. A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Cordeiro has held positions at various properties including the Royal Waikoloan, the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows and the Mauna Kea Resort.

>> Roland D. Libby has been named design associate at AM Partners' Honolulu office. He will specialize in project management and design. He is a registered architect in Hawaii and California and a member of the AIA. Libby most recently served as deputy director of the city and county Department of Design and Construction.

Promotions

>> Garett Cosner has been named regional vice president at American Savings Bank. He will oversee sales production and customer service at 11 ASB branches on Oahu. Cosner was previously an assistant vice president and branch sales manager at ASB's Bishop Square branch.

>> Shawn Troup has been named store manager of the Pearl City location for The Home Depot. Keoni Queypo has been named co-manager. Troup was previously an assistant store manager at Home Depot's Iwilei store. He joined Home Depot in 1993. Queypo, who joined Home Depot in 1999, will assist Troup.

>> Karen Heilman has been named district manager for small to medium-sized businesses at Automatic Data Processing. Heilman has previously been employed as a district sales manager, account executive and associate editor.
