Punahou led by two points at halftime, but Kamehameha held the Buffanblu to six points in the third quarter to tie it, then exploded for 19 points in the fourth to grab the four-point win.
Milia Macfarlane of Punahou led all scorers with 17 points.
Megan Ching led the Warriors' balanced attack with 14 points, followed by Tai Soo and Tiffany Shim with 11 apiece.
