Outstanding senior
volunteers honored

The 2001 Mayor's Senior Recognition Program was
held at the Hawaii Convention Center yesterday, and
Lily S. Canas, left, was among those honored for their
time and talent on behalf of the community. Named
outstanding senior woman volunteer, Canas sat
with others while waiting for her award. Next
to her were Betsy Casey and Lissi Chadwick.
