Learning Corps Values

Police Chief Lee Donohue congratulates Rebecca Wells, one of
21 graduates in the 15th Citizens Police Academy graduation
ceremony last week at Honolulu Police Department headquarters.
The academy's purpose is to create better communication between
the community and HPD. Participants learn about firearms,
police vehicle operation, community policing and more.
